“Fiori di tarassaco” è un corto d’animazione che parla di migrazione e della perdita di identità di coloro che abbandonano il proprio paese ed in particolare dei giovani, in fuga dalla guerra e dalla miseria, alla ricerca di un luogo a loro estraneo ma dove ritornare a vivere.Compiono un viaggio estremo, in balìa del mare e delle correnti, come il volo dei semi di tarassaco, quei soffioni bianchi che volteggiano in aria in primavera, per poi posarsi e diventare una pianta tenace e resistente che cresce ovunque e senza cura.Anche i giovani migranti non hanno scelto liberamente di separarsi dagli affetti e iniziare una vita diversa in un paese straniero. Qui soffrono un caos interiore, in bilico tra passato e presente, al quale vogliono trovare un equilibrio per ritrovare se stessi e progettare il futuro.

“Dandelion flowers” is an animated short film about migration and the loss of identity of those who abandon their country and especially young people, fleeing war and misery, looking for a place that is foreign to them but where they can return to live. They make an extreme journey, at the mercy of the sea and currents, such as the flow through the air of dandelion seeds, those white pappus that twirl in the air in springtime, and then settle down and become a tenacious and resistant plant that grows everywhere and without any care.Even young migrants have not chosen freely to separate from their affections to start a different life in a foreign country. They suffer an inner chaos, poised between past and present, to which they want to find a balancein order to can find themselves and plan their future.
